Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

MES combines the commercial order management in ERP systems with the production control in the shop floor and links the gap between production planning, order launch and execution (vertical integration). Additionally MES combines the process flow of different production areas and enables a complete traceability from raw material to the finished product (horizontal integration). MES is essential for operations in today's competitive business environments, helping to tighten up process flows, improve product quality, eliminate waste and empowering the staff.
