Your Responsibilities In Our Team


  • Support of our existing customers mainly in the DACH region
  • Acquisition of new customers and implementation of demand analyses
  • Customer advisory service and consulting in close cooperation with the project managers
  • Offer preparation and contract negotiations in close cooperation with the development department
  • Shaping the product strategy together with managing directors and product management
  • Development of a tailored sales and marketing strategy
  • Building a partner network and sales organization, as well as expanding the sales area
  • Sales responsibility for the sales department

What We Expect From You


  • You enjoy sales, have a confident demeanor and stand behind your product
  • Your enthusiasm and competence captivates and convinces
  • You understand the language and problems of the customers and recognize the application possibilities of our product
  • You communicate well and enjoy working in a team
  • Completed technical education (e.g. matura, university of applied sciences, university) is an advantage
  • Quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking
  • Ideally experience with industrial production processes or lean management
  • Personal initiative, negotiating skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel and class B driving license

For legal reasons we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of 3.048,00 / month for full-time work. For this position we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
