Product Owner (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities In Our Team

• You are very interested in the work of our customers as well as their wishes and concerns and are also happy to attend an on-site appointment
• You care about our products and their success – you are responsible for the further development of our software products and their knowledge management
• You will manage and prioritise our backlog and our development roadmap
• Since you always want to stay on the ball, you regularly screen the market for opportunities and risks
• You enjoy the structured preparation of new requirements in Jira together with our project managers – you coordinate requirements from projects with the general development plans
• To implement your roadmap, you work closely with the agile development team and moderate scrum meetings such as sprint planning and refinement
• You ensure that new features and software changes have been developed correctly and approve their content in line with your definition of done
• You proudly document and communicate successfully developed new features after the release – your structured communication to your environment ensures that new features are successfully implemented
• You are happy to support the account managers with marketing activities
• This makes you our central interface between the development team, project manager, support, sales and management

What We Expect From You

• You have completed an education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) and already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position (ideally in industry or in a production environment)
• If you already have experience in product management or marketing, this is an advantage
• You have experience with agile development processes and the creation of user stories
• You have analytical thinking skills, self-commitment, a high level of quality awareness and strong communication skills
• You are a strong implementer and extrovert and approach customers proactively
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Experience in leading teams is an advantage

For legal reasons, we would like to point out the minimum basic salary according to the IT collective agreement of €3,843.00 gross / month for full-time employment. In case of corresponding experience and qualification there is the readiness for overpayment.
