Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities in Our Team

  • You act as the main point of contact for first- and second-level support
  • You independently process and document incident reports, improvement suggestions, and other customer requests submitted via our ticketing system
  • You are responsible for quality control
  • You work closely with our development team
  • You actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes, particularly with regard to automation, deployment processes, and DevOps methodologies, especially with the help of AI

 

What We Expect from You

  • Solid technical know-how, preferably in networking, operating systems (Microsoft), and databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
  • DevOps knowledge (e.g. CI/CD, deployment processes, monitoring) is an advantage
  • Ideally, you have completed education in IT, software, or a production-related field (technical college, university of applied sciences, university) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You are communicative, responsible, service-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Your working style is characterized by analytical thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of quality
  • You have good German and English language skills

For legal reasons, we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of € €3.957 gross per month (14 times p.a.) for full-time employment. For this position, we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
