HR Manager (m/f/x)

As an HR Manager, you support our employees throughout their entire employment cycle - from job posting to successful offboarding - and are responsible for all HR matters. You are part of our admin team and work closely with various departments. This position is advertised as a maternity leave replacement starting January 15, 2026 (expected to last until fall 2027) and offers you the opportunity to take on responsibility in a diverse environment and actively help shape our HR structures.

Your Responsibilities in Our Team

  • You are responsible for handling all administrative HR tasks (e.g., maintaining master data, registering and deregistering employees, managing working hours and absences)
  • You support the entire recruiting process – from job postings to contract signing
  • You ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process in close cooperation with our IT department and the department leads
  • You prepare the monthly payroll and are the central interface for external payroll accounting
  • You take on various tasks in the area of personnel development (e.g., organizing training courses, creating competency matrices)
  • You manage our employee benefits and organize regular employee events
  • You assist with the management of our social media channels
  • You are in regular contact with employees, department leads, and the management board and conduct employee surveys
  • You are the point of contact for external agencies and authorities

 

What We Expect from You

  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have completed training in the field of HR (HAK, FH, university, payroll accounting, or similar)
  • You have a good knowledge of Austrian labor law and, ideally, knowledge of BMD NTCS
  • You have good people skills, strong social skills, and a passion for implementing HR topics
  • You are used to working independently and are responsible, proactive, and reliable
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are open to collaborating on cross-departmental projects

For legal reasons we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of € 3,843 gross / month for full-time employment and at least 3 years of professional experience. For this position we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
