Sales Manager (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities in Our Team

  • You support our existing customers remotely or on site (mainly in the DACH region)
  • You acquire new customers and conduct needs analyses
  • You advise new and existing customers in close cooperation with our project managers
  • You prepare offers and take on order negotiations in close cooperation with the development department
  • You will work together with the sales team and the product management team to shape our product strategy
  • Together with the sales team, you will develop a sales and marketing strategy tailored to our products
  • You are jointly responsible for building up the partner network and sales organisation as well as expanding the sales territory
  • You have direct sales responsibility

 

What We Expect from You

  • You have completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) or have experience in the software environment or rather in dealing with IT systems
  • Ideally, you already have experience with industrial production processes or lean management
  • You stand by your product and convince the customer with your enthusiasm and competence
  • You understand the language and problems of customers and recognise the possible applications of our product
  • You enjoy sales, are a good communicator and have a confident manner
  • You are quick on the uptake, have a strong analytical mind and possess initiative, negotiating skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are willing to travel (approx. 20 %) and have a class B driving licence

For legal reasons we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of € 3,843 gross / month for full-time work. For this position we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
