Technical Project Manager (m/f/x) - Software Development

You act as the link between technology, the development team and our clients. As a Technical Project Manager, you take ownership of software projects from both a technical and organisational perspective while ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.

Your role in our team

Project & Client Management

  • Lead and manage software projects independently (planning, coordination, controlling and reporting)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team

Technical Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full development lifecycle: concept, implementation, testing, deployment and documentation
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of our software architecture, setting standards for code quality, testability and scalability
  • Support the implementation of modern visualisation and user interface concepts
  • Promote engineering best practices such as Clean Code, unit testing and code reviews
  • Maintain, optimise and strategically further develop our existing applications

Team Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership to an agile development team
  • Drive continuous improvement and actively support technical decision-making

 

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable IT qualification
  • Several years of experience in software development (approx. 3 – 5 years)
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams in a technical capacity
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • C# , .NET
    • Oracle and Microsoft SQL
    • TypeScript , Angular
  • Experience working with legacy code
  • Good understanding of software architecture and modern development practices
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent German and good English language skills

In accordance with legal requirements, we would like to point out the minimum gross salary according to the IT collective agreement (ST2, standard level) of €4,485 per month (14 times p.a.) for full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary.
