Sales Manager (m/f/d) B2B Software

Your Responsibilities in Our Team

  • Acquire new customers in the industrial and manufacturing sector (focus: DACH region)
  • Strategically develop and expand existing customer relationships
  • Analyze production processes and identify digitalization opportunities
  • Work closely with our project managers and product experts to develop tailored solution concepts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from the initial meeting, arranged by our call agent team, through to contract signing
  • Prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and take ownership of your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to actively incorporate customer feedback into the further development of our software
  • Build long-term partnerships and establish a strong network within the industry
  • Take responsibility for revenue growth and customer satisfaction

 

What We Expect from You

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally of software solutions
  • A higher technical education (min. HTL)
  • Technical understanding and an interest in industrial production processes
  • Experience in manufacturing, MES, Industry 4.0, or Lean Management is an advantage
  • The ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, from production management to executive leadership
  • Initiative, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (max. 20%)
  • Valid Class B driver’s license

For legal reasons, we state here the minimum basic salary based on the IT collective agreement of € €3.954,00 gross per month (14 times p.a.) for full-time employment. For this position, we offer an attractive salary commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
