The mission

StEP-Up enables companies to take the processes that are critical for their success and make them customer-oriented, robust and efficient, and to continuously improve their productivity. This is done through consulting, training and coaching, and by sharing experiences and ideas at conferences, in ‘lean circles’ and in cooperation projects.

Focus areas

These activities mostly circle around two key topics: ‘improving quality’ and ‘increasing productivity’. In our strategic partnership, GAMED and StEP-Up complement each other perfectly. In the course of providing our services, we involve each other flexibly depending on what our clients need.
