Safe food despite the crisis
The motto of this year’s event was: “Safe food despite the crisis”. In addition to the exciting presentations and insightful workshops, we were also given in-depth insights and outlooks on topics such as:
- Sustainable management with a mandatory sustainability report decarbonisation sustainability strategy
- Transparent supply chains, EU regulation from 2024 for mandatory proof of human rights and safety of origin
- Scarcity of raw materials and resources, price increases – especially in the area of energy costs
We were once again a sponsor this year and showcased the importance of analysing performance data and how this works.
Our Conclusion
The OEE, when used in the food industry, improves capacity utilisation, automatically leads to CO2 savings and is also included in the sustainability verification report.
